These Membership Terms describe the rights and responsibilities associated with your LegalSupportAccess.com membership.

Scope of Membership

Membership provides access to legal-resource support, attorney research based on your stated needs, and publicly available attorney information. Membership does not provide legal advice or legal representation.

Billing

Membership is $3 for the first month and $19 per month thereafter. Charges recur automatically each month until you cancel. There is no long-term contract.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account or by contacting member support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refundable except as required by law.

Refunds

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error or need help with cancellation, contact member support at support@legalsupportaccess.com.

Additional Requests

Members may submit additional research requests during the membership period. Turnaround times vary based on complexity and volume.

Member Responsibilities

• Independently decide whether to contact any attorney
• Comply with our Terms of Use and applicable law

Modifications

We may update these Membership Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in advance where required by law.
